10/10 will use French Creek Roofs for any exterior project that I don't plan on tackling myself. For my roof the price was right and the work was stellar. JB worked with me every step of the way. He dedicated a huge amount of time and effort to make sure that I understood every piece of the puzzle that was to become my roof. He walked me through the different ways to fix my ventilation issues and helped me settle on the right one that fit my needs and my budget. He's had the same crew for a very long time and they did a fantastic job on my roof. I absolutely couldn't be happier.

I had a small job that many others turned down. One conversation with these guys and they said no problem we’ve got you covered. They did a great job and did it quick. Thanks for your help!

I'm very pleased with the work done. Job done professionally, in a timely manner & clean up was excellent. Will reach out to this business again in the future. I'm

I had a leak from a couple of shingles that were blown off during a storm. A small job that no one wanted to touch, but JB took care of it right away. That’s the kind of customer service I want. Thanks JB!

French Creek Roofing was fantastic from start to finish! They answered all our questions and addressed every concern from day one. They went above and beyond, even being respectful of our child’s nap schedule and completing the project before the birth of our second baby that was just weeks away. We loved that they offered a wide range of roofing and gutter color options, and they completed the roofing in just one day, with the gutters finished shortly after. They even took extra care to dampen the noise from a gutter near our master bedroom that kept us awake during rainstorms — a thoughtful touch we truly appreciate. Our property was left spotless, as if they were never there, and they helped us navigate the process with our insurance company to get both the roof and gutters replaced. Communication was excellent throughout the project. I would highly recommend French Creek Roofing to anyone and will absolutely use them again in the future!

I'm very happy with my new windows! The French Creek personnel were all very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and did a great job.

Hiring JB a d French was the best decision we made. He came immediately when called, worked with us through the insurance claim pross. His crew did an outstanding job and the clean up was meticulous. You will be completely satisfied.

The crew did a great job, cleaned up the property, and Wes came through with the chimney cap.

We had a window, door and roof replaced the work was done in a professional manner with a high quality and detail to the work being done very happy with the work that was done we would call these guys again.

Very professional crew. I was at work when they replaced my old roof. When I got home everything was cleaned up like it never happened. Because the work was in April during rainy season, they were in contact working around the weather. It is refreshing to have a company do what they promised for the price they quoted. I also got new gutters from them for a great price! I would highly recommend! Also a big plus that JB and Wes are veterans.

Excellent customer service and professional staff.

We worked with another roofer who wasn’t able to get insurance to go through. Then the FrenchCreek crew got it approved and even helped financing our deductible.

JB has been super helpful during the entire process. He has been available to answer questions every step of the way, and his crew did a great job getting our roof done in one day.

The French Creek Roofing team was excellent to work with on our roof replacement. They were incredibly knowledgeable on insurance claims/reimbursement, had extremely high quality materials and went above and beyond to make the process simple. Our neighbors even commented on how clean the crew was as they ensured our property and gardens were well protected during the process. We 100% recommend them for your roofing needs.

Experts at their craft. Hopefully I'm alive long enough to get another roof from these guys. Excellent customer service and have a down to earth style of communication. I had a rep named Alexis or something and he showed me how to get my insurance to pay darn near 100% of my roof!! Couldn't recommend these guys enough!!!!!

JB and Bill came out on short notice on a Saturday when we returned home from vacation to a badly leaking roof. They were friendly and thorough in guiding us through the process. They used top end materials to complete the job. The crew did not leave a single scrap behind after installing a new roof in one day. The roof looks great! Bill stopped by several times on the day of installation and also the day after to make sure we were satisfied. We are very happy we chose French Creek for our new roof.

We worked with JB to replace our siding and gutters. He was extremely knowledgable and easy to work with. He kept in touch throughout the process and was sure that we were happy with the finished product.
